What is an Affiliate?
What's an Affiliate? Whether you are buying or selling a home, you are facing many important legal matters, complicated financial considerations and emotional decisions. Even the most knowledgeable homeowners find the process difficult. An Affiliate member of the Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS, however, has a great deal of experience and expertise with real estate transactions.
The Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS (CABOR) is a professional organization for REALTORS and businesses that work in or with the real estate industry. Many members are REALTORS, but many work in other real estate related fields. These other professionals are known as CABOR Affiliate members. Some examples of CABOR Affiliate members are mortgage bankers, title representatives, home inspectors, appraisers and remodelers.
When you look for a professional, you always look for the best, right? You want the most qualified help you can get. With real estate professionals, it's easy to determine which are the most knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. Just look for a CABOR member! |
