Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS® has teamed up with our peers from
across the country to participate in the first-ever REALTOR® Nationwide
Open House weekend- April 10 and 11.
The
event is designed to give you the opportunity to showcase your listings
and, as a result, draw attention to the tremendous opportunities that
exist in today's market - with historic low rates, favorable pricing
and the looming April 30th deadline of the Home Buyer Tax Credit
program!

Stop
by the Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS® office in late March and pick
up a complimentary balloon that you can affix on your yard sign, which
will let everyone know that something special is happening at your
property.

regions following a similar event in the State of Washington. Free materials...CABOR will have balloons and the event logo artwork available for all participating agents and brokerages to use. Media Exposure...We're
