Terms and Conditions of Sale
Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery or purchase. If the
item is damaged, just return the damaged good with the invoice/receipt
and a note explaining the problem. Items must be returned
within 60 days of purchase to receive a prompt exchange. For
you protection, we strongly suggest that you ship all return
packages via UPA or the US Postal Service insured mail. (Please
not that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise
and all shipping cost). Items must be returned prepaid. WE
cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. return items to:

Delivery
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground and are usually delivered
in five to seven business days. Items ordered at the same
time are not necessarily delivered together. In-stock items
are shipped within one business day of receiving your order.
If we anticipate any delay over 30 days, you will be notified.
Shipping costs:
Purchase totals from $0.00 to $50.00 will have a shipping
charge of $5.75
Purchase totals from $50.01 to $100.00 will have a shipping
charge of $6.75
Totals over $100.01 will have a shipping charge of $10.75
Payment
MasterCard, Visa and Discover may be used to pay for your online order.
Price Guarantee
Prices are subject to change at any time. If store
specials are being offered in our store at the Board office,
you will receive that discount and will be refunded the difference
if you have overpaid.
To Order
Please be sure to complete the checkout form including name,
address where the order will be shipped, phone number and
billing address. All orders shipped within Ohio must add 7.5%
sales tax on the total.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available and can be purchased any time
during regular business hours. Denominations are in increments
of $5.00 and are redeemable at REALTOR® Essentials Gifts
and Supplies, CABOR Quick Print or for CE classes and membership
events. Gift Certificates are good for one year from the date
of purchase. Sorry, no refunds.
